The 99 headings were matched against version 361 of the current security protocol. The #47 Kâdir / #48 Hakk correction approved by the user on 10 October 2026 was carried over to the site. The Arabic witnesses, verse texts, and syntax notes are retained from the previous audit version; witness–verse matching was checked again. No new full-Quran first-occurrence or syntax scan was performed. Hamd is carried over from the version 10 record dated 12 October 2026.
Layer links were matched by name to the 29 September list of 20 layers. Earlier position numbers were not carried into the current index. This map is the project’s classification.
The current accepted record places #47 Kâdir at its 6:37 witness and #48 Hakk at 6:62. Old numbers remaining in the previous site version were aligned with this approved record. Kâdir’s later definite form at 6:65 is also retained in the details.
Source, interpretation and performance are read separately
Q99 follows Hafs mushaf order and direct nominal attribution to Allah; the basmala at al-Fātiḥa 1:1 is included. The index lemma, actual Qur’anic surface form and full phrase are displayed together. A new nominal name is not derived from a verb. The 79 + 20 map is the project’s accepted classification; comparison with conventional 99-name lists is outside its core method.
Hamd is each entry’s didactic and artistic interpretation. İNS examines wording and construction in its material dimension, meaning and placement in its spiritual dimension, and imagery and expression in its artistic dimension. Under the user’s decision of 12 October 2026, lines containing repetition are treated as exceptions in the current 99-line record. This allowance does not replace source or meaning checks.
First witness, direct attribution, full phrase, sequence and root–layer relationships are Q99’s integrity checks. This site update did not perform a new comprehensive İVEDİ review. Source accuracy and poetic placement are assessed separately.
